Motzilova, Hope Magata (The Hitman) and Taban are now investigating the murder of Mogadi and Mohajan. They also face allegations of murder, fraud and plundering with bad situations. Magata, a Malawi country, also faces accusation of illegally in the country.
The trio appeared in the North Ku UT Teng High Court in Brittoia on Tuesday, where Motzilova’s aunt could not be named for her own safety, taking this position as a state witness.
Aunty, who pleaded guilty on June 2024 for the same allegations, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and in 2020, Motzilova was attracted to Moghti in South Africa in the wake of the need to find a job in South Africa. He then arranged a scam for him.
The aunt also said that Motzilova had taken a life insurance policy before he was killed without knowledge to the deceased.
“In the first incident, he (Motzilova) poisoned the deceased, but the poison did not work. In the second attempt on March 2021, he took us to a restaurant (a village close to Sun City), where he had been wine all of us. When we came home, Moghati told us that he was sick, but she later healed.
Three days after the failure of the poison attempt, she and Motzilova went to a traditional healer and sought help to get a hitman. He said the traditional healers were introduced to them.
Motselova told her that Mogati had died, because he feared that he would lurk over the South African documents he had bought for him. .
According to the allegation, on March 28, 2021, Motzilova attracted Moghati’s home, where she was murdered.

According to the government, Tabane, who was assigned to investigate the murder, developed a romantic relationship with Motzilova. He confessed to the murder of him and bribed him R30,000.
Tabane initially tried to close the case, claiming that the suspects were unknown and unidentified. He then tried to affect Mohajan to squash the case, but failed.
“When senior officer Legone Mohajan was clear that the case was not closed, they (Motzilova and Tabane) are said to have planned his murder with another person, and then he became a state witness.”
The cause of the death of Mohajan was decided to have many injuries in the head and chest, including the shock of the blatant force.
The government has sorted 54 witnesses to testify against the accused, including police officers, forensic experts, furious officers and old mutual representatives.
In December, Police Minister Senso Megnu said that 67 people were involved in the murder cases investigated in the eastern cab from 2020 to 2024.
