In a news release on Tuesday, Peel Regional Police said that the victim was going on at 3:15 pm on November 22 at St. Murray St. Murray St. When he refused, police said the suspect had caught him and had a protest, and the suspect was reportedly threatening the victim at the time.

Police said the victim was able to reach 911 and the suspect fled the scene in a black Hyundai Elantra.
