In Guatemala, a bus fell 20 meters away from a bridge. More than 50 people died in the accident. The country’s president called a state mourning.
At least 55 people died in a bus accident in Guatemala. As the fire brigade announced, the coach of more than 70 prisoners fell from a bridge from a distance of 20 meters on the edge of the city of Guatemala.
The state lawyer said that 53 bodies could be recovered at the accident. Two other residents died after being allowed, where they were brought together with other injuries, a spokesman said. Many of the injured are floating at risk.

Bus San Acustin was traveling to the city of Guatemala, 90 kilometers from the municipality of Agasakuvastlin. According to a report by the newspaper Franza Libre, the driver is said to have lost the control of the bus for unspoken reasons.
Minister of Communications Guatemalaus Mikwal Engal Thiaz said that there is a valid license on the inactivated bus but has been operating for more than 30 years. It must now be investigated whether there were more passengers on the bus.
The President has complained
Central American President Bernardo Arvallo conducted the families of the victims and invited state subsidies. “The tragedy on the Belis Bridge is a national pain, and I am very sad,” said Arvallo. The cause of the accident is unclear.
