Tabler was condemned in 2004 for thanking Mohammed-Amin Rahma Oun, 28, and 25-year-old Heetheet Saeed, in a distant area near Gilline in Central Texas. Tabler also admitted that two teenage girls who worked at the club had killed Diffani Datson, 18, and Amanda Benfield, 16. He was accused, but never tried in their killings.

Tabler has repeatedly asked the courts that his appeals should be abandoned and he should be killed. At the time he changed his mind many times, and his lawyers questioned whether he was mentally efficient to make that decision. Tabler’s prison record includes at least two events attempting to commit suicide, he was sentenced to death in 2010.

“The petitioner has spent the past twenty years in courts and there is no point in wasting the time of these courts and no one else,” Tableer wrote to the State Criminal Appeal on December 9, 2024 after his current execution date was set.

In 2008, Tabler’s death sentence phone calls, now State Sen, the mayor of Houston. John Whitmire prompted more than 150,000 prisoners in the country’s second largest prison system. For a few weeks, they were limited to their cells, while officers beat more than 100 prisons and seized hundreds of items, including cell phones.

Witmire led a Senate group with the supervision of state prisons, and at the time Tabler warned that his children’s names and their place of life were known. Vidmaire, through a spokesman for the mayor’s office, refused to comment on Tapeler’s pending execution.

Last year, ACLU appealed to Tabler’s case in the US Supreme Court that he refused to refuse adequate legal representation during his lower court appeals.

The ACLU appealed that Tabler’s lawyers ignored a psychological examination that determined the “deeper and severe galaxy of mental illness” from childhood. The court refused to stop his execution.

He was called the Club Tableer Teasers. Investigators reported that he had a clash with his boss Rahma Oun, and he said he had “wiped out” the Tabler’s family for $ 10.

Tableer appointed a friend of Timothy Payn, a soldier in the nearby Kavasos, attracted Rahma Oun to a crowd in the guise of buying stolen stereo equipment. The Tabler shot the two men in their car, then pulled out Rahma Oun and shot him back to Rahma Oun.
