Mass decline in the number of satellite customers
Operators who offer fiber optic web are in the best situation. One of them is orange polka and its fiber optic services reach about 9 million homes in Poland. Without fast and unlimited internet, there is no comfortable streaming.
Orange Polka, who focuses on the development of the IPD, reports that the number of satellite customers is low every quarter (Canal+ offers DDH services with the collaboration of Pollska). In the Wi quarter of 2022, subscribers who use the satellite, 103,000 a year later, 2024 52,000 at the beginning of the 4th quarter. In the last quarter of last year, the number of IPTV customers increased from 925 thousand. Up to 940,000, it gives a total of 981 thousand.

We have recently reported that negotiations are underway to expand cooperation with the canal+. The supplier of the payment television should provide the Orange Pollska infrastructure for the internet services. Both sides do not want to mention this information. Optical fiber can provide additional canal+subscribers.
Companies of Western Europe, such as Sky, are said to be a majority of streaming already sales.
