Karachi: Mohajir Ku Um Movement-Hakkiki (MQM-H) leader Afak Ahmed was sent to jail on Wednesday, rejected by the anti-Terrorism court (ADC) on Tuesday, rejected the demand for physical remodel in vehicle burning cases.
Ahmed has been accused of two violent cases registered at Karachi’s Landy and Awami Colony police stations.

The first information report (FIR) was filed, the complainant said the suspects had physically assaulted him before the suspects burned his truck.
During the attack, the culprits repeatedly stated that the criminals were acting on the orders of their leader Ahmed, and that he would not be allowed to enter the city.
He linked the incident with the MQM-H leader’s virus video, in which he and his allies had issued threats, announcing that heavy vehicles would not be allowed to Karachi on Tuesday, warning the serious consequences.
Ahmed was arrested from his residence in Glypton on Monday night, and ATC was delivered in an armored vehicle under the tight protection before the ATC.
During the hearing today, the judge questioned the police lawyer about the need: “Tell the police why they need a remand. What should they investigate?”
The court stated that the case was suspicious and the body was unnecessary, ordered that the accused be sent to jail.
