Businessman Leo Raysonson was re -appointed chairman at the company’s annual shareholders’ meeting on February 12, 2025 and the Chairman of the Rural Transport (Mindanao) Inc.

In spite of operational challenges, Leo Ray Yannson assured the public that the company was strong and flexible.

Rural Transport Mindanao Services are the main bus routes in the North and Central Mindanao.
It belongs to the Bus Companies of the Yannson Group, based in Bacolot, which is the country’s largest road transport company.
