I always wanted physical activity, but my problem was not a gym. It is a refrigerator.
At the worst moment, my weight increased to 93 kg, which turned me into a squat. I felt that this was unhealthy, so I wanted to change it and put an example for my family.
I had a good motivation, I was very disciplined, especially what I ate during the snack and my nutrition windows. As a result, I lost about 15 kg.
Along the way, I learned a lot about hunger and how to control it.
This is often an emotional reaction. We often eat, because we think we are hungry, which is a tough challenge facing many pits. The main strategies include being busy and active and planning to die in advance.
Such planning is important to dealing with continuing thinking about food. This is very difficult if you are surrounded by food, for example during the food shopping or where the food is easily accessible.
These circumstances can cause hunger, so being ready and having a plan. If you leave the house, planning food can help avoid hunger or testing.
Another important lesson I learned during the fast is to pay attention to calories and healthy diet. Many people practice “Dirty Omat” in which fast food is eaten or what they feel, and they still lose weight.

However, the problem of this approach is to control the upper limit of calorie consumption, especially with the long nutrient window. The test of excessive eating is high.
The reason I lost 15 kg is that then trapped in a timeline, managing the snacks after a meal added to the hypoglycemia. This is a common problem in many foods, which can stop hunger strikes related to weight loss.
This includes chocolate, chips and other snacks, which I often consume after the main meal. Despite being fast daily, these snacks, especially my four -or -six -hour meal, are notable for food in the most lazy moments.
These additional snacks contributed to increase the number of calories needed to maintain weight, not for its loss. Therefore, it is important to remember to eat calories even during fasting.
Now I am much lower than the starting point and I maintain a weight in which I don’t have to focus on my diet or do additional exercises.
I don’t think about the day of cheating or off day. I know that I can eat this way and I can keep the weight that is comfortable.
Do I want to be a little lighter and slim? Yes, by all types. But I learned when using the intermediate post, which is a very effective tool for further weight loss.
My goal for the next 12 months is that I can check how far I can go slim and approach this topic more seriously.
In my early 1920s, I call it “peak”, and it is easy to maintain a healthy weight and athlete. I weigh about 75 kg, which would be my goal weight, but I set a realistic period of time.
I plan to achieve this, I lost 7-9 kg of fat in the next 365 days, thanks to my attitude and kept them.
To achieve this, at this time I will accept the most strict approach to fasting. I would like to be still steady. I have been fast for more than a year, but have been fraudulent for several days with short posts.
Generally, I warned the regime well. But when I go further, I plan to focus on the quality of eating during my nutrition window, ensuring that my calories come from high -quality sources, mainly full -fledged food and protein.
That’s how I started. Initially, I focused on full -sized food and high -rich diet, which led to my great success. That is why I plan to continue this approach.
