President de Facto Del Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro, presented the first draft reform of the 1999 Constitution to the National Legislature, which includes 80 new articles, to transform it to “new times” and impose fierce penalties against Al -Chavista.

He said, “This is the right time for a better historical reform,” he said, underlines that the goal is to change the Constitution to “transform new modernity”.
This program provides for any “fascist threat” to impose a “highly cruel” penis, which is usually used by Maduro to refer to the opposition, especially for her leader Liberal Deputy Maria Corina Machado.
