In November 2023, the Johannesburg High Court on Tuesday sentenced gardener Danhair to 25 years in prison for the killings of Nadin Derplanj and his son Rwandre Woruster in Albertton.

The 37 -year -old Danhire entered a request and sentence agreement with the state. The sentences were ordered to run simultaneously. The court further ordered that the five years of his punishment be suspended for five years that he was testifying against his culprit, Frederick Stabberg, and its case was set up on March 25.

“The court has quit the minimum prescribed life sentence, cooperated with the state of Danhire and to take responsibility for his actions,” said National Case Officer Bindi Ezonondwane.

Danhire worked as a gardener, hiring Stapbergal, and then reportedly signed up with his girlfriend Terplanj and R100,000 to kill his son.

“Liveless bodies were discovered by a local security firm November 27 2023.
