Infosys Fireworks and former CEO SD Shibula bought shares worth Rs 494 crore via an open market transaction. Accordings’s promoters, Block Deal estimates IT Biman’s 29,84,057 stocks, Bengaluru-based Bengaluru Schibulam.
The stake was undertaking an average price of Rs 494.46 crore to Rs 494.46 crore.
Meanwhile, the same value was subjected to the same price of the God Shibulal’s family member.
Infosys fell by 2.02 per cent. 1,667 in the NSE.
