Amidst the unimaginable grief, Army Havtar Naresh Kumar chose his son’s organs to donate the second opportunity to six sick patients.

Hildar Naresh Kumar donated the organs of his dead son to six patients in courage and selfless action of the 10th Battalion of Mahar Regiment.

After the loss of his 18 -year -old son Arshdeep Singh, who was injured in a road accident, Havildar Kumar made a heroic decision. In the midst of unimaginable grief, he chose to donate his son’s organs, and gave the second chance to the second opportunity in life. On February 16, 2025, Hidar Naresh Kumar agreed to donate Arshdeep’s liver, kidneys, pancreas and corneas.

With rapid action of medical groups, the liver and kidneys were taken to military hospital research through a green corridor and recommendations in New Delhi, where they were successfully transferred. Meanwhile, a patient in the pancreas BGI fought for diabetes and chronic kidney disease for a patient. Arshdeep’s Cornyas were protected to restore the view to those who need it. Through the expertise of the Command Hospital, Santimandir is famous for its excellence in the recovery of organ.
