Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shiite al -Sudani has filed a case against Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shiite al -Sudani for not paying salaries to civil servants in Kurdistan’s sovereign area.
President Abdul Latif Rasheed filed a case against Al -Sudani and Finance Minister Tyfe Sami last month, but federal advisor Har Dupik recently announced it.
In the case filed in the Iraqi court, an immediate order has been sought to ensure a salary in Kurdistan, despite the financial disputes between Baghdad and the regional capital Arbil.
Central Advisor Hawbari de Au Big said legal action had been announced against the Prime Minister due to the lack of salary in Kurdistan’s second largest city and the president’s hometown of Suleimania.
It should be noted that Iraq’s public sector is full of incompetence and corruption, while researchers say there are long differences between the Prime Minister and the President.
Although Iraq’s public sector employees were paid in January, they are still waiting for the December salary.
