Andrew Lester was scheduled to be investigated on allegations of the first-level attack next week and the armed for armed criminal activity in the then 16-year-old man, and he is now new in Texas A&M, where he is a member of the ROTC and the school parade.

“It is considered some middle grounds, and the heat of curiosity will be motivated to shoot,” said Kansas City Security Prosecutor JR. Said Hobs. “Whether he is scared or whatever he is, it does not rise to a full security. The parties can agree, because on the one hand, this is a bad hope – no test, no potential appeal. On the other hand, the expression of the defendant is low.”

On the night of April 13, 2023 Yarre showed on the door of the Lester, mixing the streets where he had to take his double siblings.

Lester’s lawyer, Steve Salmon, long argued that Lester was acting for self -defense and that he was afraid of his door knocking on his bed. Officials say that Lester shot twice: first on the head, then hand.

In the previous trial, he testified, he scored the bell, and then waited for someone to respond to “longer than nature.” When the inner door opened, Yarre said, he went to catch the storm door.

“I think these are the parents of my brothers’ friends,” he said.

Lester shot him on his head and said, “Don’t come here again.” Although the bullet did not penetrate the brain of anyone, the impact was tapped on the ground. Yarre said that Lester then shot him in his hand. He was taken to a teenage hospital and released three days later.

He said his family had taken a huge emotional number of firing and that they had filed a case against the retired flight mechanic.

Last year, Letter’s body and mental condition deteriorated, Salman said. Lester said the heart problems, broken hips and hospitalized. Lester has lost 50 pounds (23 kilograms), which accuses Salmon of serious media security and the stress of the death threats he received later.

During the hearing on Friday, the judge asked Lester that he was sick. Lester replied yes.

“Ralph is doing what he is able to be right,” the family spokesman said in a speech.

A judge had previously ordered Lester’s mental assessment, but allowed the test to continue after it was over. The results of that assessment have not been publicly released.
