Former Chelsea star William Kallas has questioned the club recruitment team as the winter transfer window closed without signing an experienced guardian.
Former France thinks that the administration is asking for much from the International Levi Colville, and the young man is making a mistake because there is no one to guide him.
The Frenchman told Prem Casino that Blues needed an experienced guardian.
Kallas, who played for Arsenal in his active days, pointed out a time when the club had experienced the names of John Terry and Thiago Silva in their background in recent seasons.
“In the last two games, if I had to talk about the guardians Levi Colville, he made big mistakes. The problem was that the problem was that he could have been asked to be the head of the security line despite the possibility of Colvil.”
“He is still young. He needs an experienced player to help him. That is why, for those involved in recruitment, they do not understand how important it is to have a central guardian with great experience to lead the defensive line.
“When he was there like Thiago Silva. When he was there like John Terry. When Marcel Desill was there. If you get that type of player, you can bring young players and play around them.
“Those young players will learn a lot. If you know that Thiago Silva is going to leave, you must be prepared for departure and bring that experienced player inside. That experienced player cannot be right back or left. No, you need someone in the center of safety. Those in charge of the player’s recruitment do not do their job properly. ”
Chelsea has not yet fielded any player over the age of 28 this season.
Ben Silvell, 28, played the oldest player in the Stamport Bridge, once played in the Karabo Cup.
He is now given credit to Crystal Palace in the January Transfer window.
