Due to this year’s stable charter Hong Kong Marathon, the Hong Kong Transport Department has recalled road closure in some parts of Yao SIM Mong and Abertin, which begins at the Nathan Road of SIM Shah Sue, and ends at the Victoria Park in Kveway Bay.
The main sections on the race track will begin at 11:30 pm on Saturday night, and will reopen at 2 pm on Sunday afternoon.
74,000 people are expected to participate in four big races: the entire marathon, half marathon, a 10 km bet and wheelchair race.
The entire marathon race is on the Nathan Road (from Nathan Road (from Granville to Arkile Street), Lin Chiung Road, West Kauloon Highway, Stonectors Bridge, Our Van Tunnel, Ting Ka Au Bridge, Chiung Dissing Tunnel, Dissing Quay Highway, West Harbor. Crossing, Konad Road West Flyover, Lung Vo Road, Expo Drive, Hung Hing Road, Lockheart Road, Perseval Street, Hennesi Road, YE WO Street and Sugar Street, up to Victoria Park.
The half -marathon route will follow the entire marathon race from the opening point to Lin Chiung Road with the turning point on the Singh Kuwai Highway, and then reuniting the entire marathon on the West Kauloon Highway.
The 10-kilometer race starts with the Central-Wan Sai Bypass Tunnel (CWPT), starting with the island on the eastern sidewalk (IEC) near the entrance. Point.
The 10 -kilometer wheelchair racing starts at the Van Sai Sai Sports Ground, which passes through Hung Hing Road, Expo Drive, Lung Vo Road and Central Ferry Pierce, and then passes at the Lung Vo Road, Hung Hing Road, Marsh Road, Lachard Road and Hennesi Road.
The wheelchair test and the Leaders Cup will start at the Van Sai Sports Ground, which will go through Hung Hing Road and Marsh Road, and then re -to the final at the 10km wheelchair racing road.
All drivers are urged to avoid driving to affected areas this Sunday.
In the meantime, a total of 211 daytime bus routes, 33 day -time green minibus routes, 49 bus routes and six green minibus routes will be suspended, shortened or diverted.
There will be road closures Not Hong Kong Island/Kauloon/New Territories affect vehicles traveling to East Hong Kong International Airport and Landao Island. Vehicles from New Territories to Airport to the West and Landao Island can travel via the Twenty-Sek Lab Coke subway.
Due to the closure of the Ding Ka Au Bridge Kauloon-Peded Carriage, the vehicles traveling to the airport via the Duven Road or the Toy Lam Tunnel and the Lantao Island, Chun Van Road, Suan Singh Interchance, Singh Sayan Road, Dysing Sunning Sun Bridge and Singh Yi North Coast Road.
Travelers who are heading towards any affected areas are advised to take alternatives or other transport systems.
