Death sentence: Florida and Texas are punishable for brutal offenses

For more than 25 years for the death penalty, James Ford and another criminal murderer were executed on Thursday with a dangerous needle in Florida and Texas.

Ford, 64, was sentenced to death in 1999 for the brutal killings of Gregley and Kimberly Malori. The Florida Amendment Department confirmed that his execution took place at 6:19 pm (2319 GMT). Ford worked with this pair on a ground farm in Punda Court.

Court documents confirmed that Ford Greg shot Maloni. He later raped 26 -year -old Kimberly Malori. Their bodies were discovered the next day by a grass farm employee.

Their 22 -month -old daughter was tied up in a car in their truck for 18 hours and was covered with mosquito bites. Ford was convicted of first -grade murder, child abuse and rape.

Florida Supreme Court rejects appeal against execution

Fordin lawyers argued that he was 36 years old during the offense, but he had a 14 -year -old child. Citing the US Supreme Court ruling and urging his execution to be halted, which prohibits the execution of people under the age of 18 during crimes.

The Florida Supreme Court rejected the argument. Later appealed to the US Supreme Court, which refused to execute.

Fordin’s lawyers claimed that they were suffering from childhood abuse, struggling with drinking and had diabetes, which contributed to darkness and irregular behavior. However, the purpose of killings is unclear.

The execution of Richard Tabler in Texas

In a separate case, Richard Tabler was executed on Thursday for the 2004 murders of Mohamed Amin Rahma Oun and Heeth Saeed in Texas. Rahma Oun was the owner of a strip club.

The 46 -year -old Tapeler admitted that he had killed two small dancers, but he was never attempted to die. In his final report, it was reported that he had died after apologizing to the families of the victims.

According to the Texas Criminal Justice Department, Tapeler said, “I am not sorry for my actions. I pray that if this is closed, I pray that it helps.”

Tabler had previously withdrew his appeal against the death penalty.

This refers to the fourth and fifth execution of the year following the execution of Alabama, South Carolina and Texas. Last year, 25 people were executed in the United States.
