Meanwhile, Northwest Police Commissioner Patrick Asaneng has promised to unleash those behind the illegal tunnel in South Africa soon.
In January, James Showeli, also known as Tiger, avoided the arrest of the abandoned stem in Stillfontine during a rescue mission.
Although he was said to have been arrested and taken by authorities, he was never booked at a station or was not admitted to a local hospital.
Tiger was among nearly 2,000 illegal miners who occupied the old Buffelzfondine gold mine.
