The Episcopal Church and the union for the Reformed Jewish Religion to the Mennonites and Unitarian Universalists-the two dozen Christian and the Jewish groups-the Trump’s arrest on Tuesday, is the one who challenges the Trump administration to give more Laves to the federal court case.
The case, filed in the US District Court in Washington, spreads fear of new policy tests, which reduces the advent of worship services and other valuable church projects. As a result, the religious freedom of groups violates – that is, their ability to serve migrants, including those in the United States.
“We have immigrants, refugees, documentaries, and unpredictable,” said Bishop Reverend Sean Row, chief of the Episcopal Church.
“We cannot worship freely if some of us live in fear,” he said. “By joining in this case, we seek the ability to fully adhere to our faith, to follow Jesus’ command to love our neighbors like us and to fully adhere to our faith.”
The new case echoed and expanded some of the arguments made in a similar case filed by five Quacter congregations on January 27, and then joined the Co -operative Baptist Belloshib and a Sikh Temple. It is currently pending in the US District Court in Maryland.
The Internal Security Department (DHS), named as defendants in the new case, and its immigration enforcement agency. DHS Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs, Trisia McLal, gave this response via email: “We protect our schools, places of worship and attending Americans, criminal Aliens and gang members from exploiting these places. They knew that it was not. ”
