In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, the state -run Bharat Sanjar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has made a profit of Rs 262 crore, indicating the profit from 2007.

According to the company, the revenue of Mobility Services has increased by 15 per cent and fiber-to-the-home (FDTH) revenues, and the leased tax services rose by 14 per cent compared to the same quarter of last year.
BSNL announced a reduction in financial costs and overall costs, which led to a loss of Rs 1,800 crore per year.
The Telecom Operator has highlighted a number of efforts aimed at promoting customer experience, including National WiFi Roaming, Bitvi – Free entertainment for mobile customers and IFTV for FDTH customers.
BSNL said its focus on service quality and guarantee helped to strengthen customer confidence.
The company also outlined its strategy for future development, citing current 4G rollout, fiber-optic infrastructure improvements and products for 5G.
In addition, BSNL has agreed to the role of government support, including strategic revival efforts, spectrum allocation and capital infusion in improving its functions.
In view, BSNL expects its revenue growth to exceed 20 percent by the end of the financial year, and continues to emphasize the excellence of service and digital change.
