A Philippines who assaulted a police officer in a fountain outside the Citigate Mall in Tung Sungkam today was sentenced to a week after a hearing at the West Kovloon Court.
23 -year -old Sean Matthew Lanusa, who works as a sarcastic player on construction sites, failed to prove his innocence because he was overweight to the testimony of his victim’s Sergeant Dong Wing Kitin.
According to a committee warrant issued by the Landao Police dated September 20, 2024, Lanusa was accused of assaulting a police officer in APIL 10 last year.
No details of the allegation sheet incident were given.
He was accused of violating Article 63 of the Odinance, which sentenced the crime to a maximum of 2 ($ 5,000) and six months in prison.
