A Gospel Mennonite Bible College in British Columbia has been accused of misbehaving with a transgender person, claiming that the upcoming men and women will not run basketball provinces.
The decision was made after the Pacific Western Athletics Association (BCEWest) completed its inquiry into the Columbia Bible College in Abhotsford last week.
Last year, Transgender Vancouver Island University (VIU) player Hariet McCensi complained against the Columbia Bible College, accused of verbally and physically misbehaving by the coach of the basketball team and the players.
Pakvest did not publish the findings of his investigation, and only said that a “decision -related parties have been informed, and now the matter is considered closed.”
Backwest did not respond to the requests of the CBC News.
In a statement, the Columbia Bible college said “deeply disappointed” by the end of the Backwastin.
“We do not believe that the proper process is followed or the results are reasonable. As a result, we are taking steps to review the decision of Backwell,” the college said.
The VIU reports in a statement that Backwest’s decision is “strengthening the importance of the policies of respect, equality, and joining college athlete.”
“In VIU, we proudly ensure the entire support of our student-game players and the right to compete in the context of all athletes to prioritize their safety and well-being.”

Anti -Trans’ ‘Theft’ charges
Mackenzie, who is ahead with VIU Mariners, claimed that he was reportedly faced on social media last autumn.
Mariners (4-0) won a pair of home matches against the Columbia Bible College Pierre Gates. After the first match, Mackenzie said, “Piercots coach Taylor Clagket went to a” trade “, screaming to a VIU employee, Mackenzie who led both teams with 19 points and 16 rebounds – not to allow women to play against women. A social media account linked to the clacket also published anti -transcending news after the game.
During the second match after a day, McCanzi said she was physically targeted by his enemies. Then he shared a video from the game, where a Columbia Bible college player threw her to the ground. Mackenzie ended with 14 points and four rebounds as his team won again.
The Columbia Bible College, a Gospel Mennonite Bible College, said at the time that Clarackett said, “Like any good coach, he speaks for the safety of his soldiers.”
Last month, Mariners avoided a pair of games at the Columbia Bible College. All 13 Mariners signed a letter that they did not feel playing safely in college.
“We all have to be. We are playing in a supportive and secure environment, including Qire and Trans athletes,” read the letter.
The Alberta government has said that one of the newly launched bills of Alberta is aimed at protecting the integrity of female athletic competitions. The bill says the bill will only establish divisions and determine the qualification of sexual registration competition at birth. The government says it also supports the creation of mixed-milk divisions, so all athletes can compete.
The head coach takes back ticket
Last weekend, Clagket took a backseed as head coach of the Columbia Bible College, and the school announced that another coach was responsible for the game of their basketball team in Kalowna, Oganagan College, BC.
It is unclear whether this action is connected to the Pagvestin inquiry or returned to the head coach.
The school said the Claracket of the Basketball Project was “a key member” and that they are looking forward to returning to court soon.
Men and women’s basketball provinces are scheduled to be held from February 27 to March 1. The new location for the competition has not yet been announced.
