On Wednesday, 2/19, the Seal Court sentenced Elias Junior Lima Da Silva to 12 years in prison for murder, victim Diego Perera Meerles. Elijah was sentenced to qualified assassination by using an appeal, and it is difficult to protect the victim’s head as she was on her back. In the closed early regime, the defendant will be punished.
According to the complaint, the crime took place on January 1, 2024 at the Bova Esperana Rural Center in Incra -09, DF, Seeland. It is also reported that the victim, the defendant and some other people took alcohol on the night of December 31, 2023 and January 1, 2024.
At one point, there was disagreement and the defendant threatened the victim. Later, when he felt that the people were scattered and the victim’s back, the accused fought with a shovel and attacked the victim with a violent blow. Despite being rescued, the victim died a few days later.
Elijah responded to the arrest process, and cannot appeal against the punishment in freedom.
