When I sit in Matchpoint Nyc Cafe, known phrases such as “chicken nuggets and fries” are heard around me. Is November 1– Day after Halloween – and confectionery are in full swing. I love a good party and quality goodies, but I have always seen my body as a “temple”. Although my high -performance tennis days are over, I am still treating my body with respect, I am preparing for recreational games, skiing and other high -energy sports.

Many athletes are moving to coaching without a plan for themselves in a new role. Tired of endless court clock and strict training, we do not always know how to go through. I was an athlete: After college, I left all sports and left my missiles behind just to face health problems for sudden changes. It required the management of an informed doctor to help me realize athletes who must remain active and adapt to their changing bodies. This experience brought me back to tennis, gym and cardio – and a deeper understanding of nutrition and healing.

Here is what I learned and I want to share:
