The Court of Justice for Sport (CAS) reduced the suspension of the Swedish tennist player Dragoș Madariș from four and six months to two years.

Madariș was suspended under the program of the anti -corruption program of tennis for violations. In July 2023, Madariș achieved a world -class career in 191. After refusing cooperation, he was suspended and had his mobile phone analyzed as part of an investigation.

In the International Integrity Agency of Tennis (ITIA) in a statement on Monday, it stated that time partially confirmed its appeal. He acknowledged that his inability to cooperate, but also found that a reduced sanction was appropriate.

In a separate case, CAS dismissed the dismissal of French player Lena Mitjan against a 10-year suspension, said the international tennis integrity unit.
