When I was treated for plantar fasciitis, the physiotherapist asked if I had a roller for a stick massage when my rehabilitation plan was developing. The answer to this question was technically “no”. At that time, I was not less than five, including one in each of my home gym, another inserted into my bag “Go”, one stored at my desk at work and one permanently transmitted in my missile bag. No matter where I was, the roller was always within reach of the hand. Certainly that I had prepared access to at least one, the physiotherapist prescribed body massages using a device.
