A group of inspirational Pacific women has reached a significant milestone on their leadership in and outside the court.

Eleven women from the Pacific nations-Phizi, Naura, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu-Holsed Maxip leaders of tennis tennis tennis in tennis 2024-25.

The Leadership program is part of the Australian Pacific Women and Girls in tennis – it appears on the world program scene and funded by the Australian government’s elite sports trips to Pacificaus Sports. The program aims to support and strengthen the Pacific women to take leading positions through professional development and network creation opportunities.

Daisy Sipiti from Vanuatu and Cynthia Wickman from the Solomon Islands were two of the recent graduates of this year’s head of the program.

“I found the leaders of the Pacific women in the tennis program incredibly keen and universal, providing valuable lessons not only about leadership, but also about personal growth. As a young woman leader, I think it is very important that I move these lessons and strategies to my own community, ”Sipiti said.

“For me personally, the network and connection were created with other participants and facilitators of the program for me the greatest removal for me, because without this program I would probably not have a chance to not only get to know, but to get to know and connect. With these amazing women, with whom I will continue to be in contact with the Pacific Tennis Community, ”Wickman said.

Women were welcomed on Tuesday evening for dinner and Pacific show, provided them with an invaluable opportunity to delve into the global tennis community, further strengthening their ambitions to become leaders in this sport.

“I am excited to see tennis in our region that is growing in our region and inspires me women who are involved as athletes and leadership positions,” said the Minister for International Development and Pacific, MP Hon P:

“The Albanian government is proud to cooperate with Tennis Australia through Pacificaus Sports to support Tennis in the Pacific and provide professional development for women in coaching, office and sport.”

“This partnership is a great example of how our sports ties continue to deepen.”

At the beginning of the week, four women from all the Pacific Ocean took part in the opportunity to create networks and mentoring Coach Connect in the Grace Park Lawn Tennis Club in Hawthorn – involving and associating with women from all over the country.

Coaches and talented junior girls from the Pacific Ocean also had the opportunity to compete in regional Victorian tennis tournaments and participate in the player’s development camp aimed at building technical skills as well as their trust.

Eight best boys and girls from the Asia-Pacific region will also compete in the Asian-Pacific Elite 14 and under the trophy, which started on Wednesday.

“We are proud of our strong connection with the Pacific and our cooperation with the National Federations to strengthen and develop leading women in tennis.”

The leaders of women in tennis graduates will also take part in one of the most prestigious events outside the court, the inspirational series Ao. The celebration of women’s success in all areas of effort is an inspirational series Ao also an overture to the spectacular night of tennis for Pacific women leaders because they watch the world’s best women compete in the semifinals to win a set place in AO in AO 2025 Final.
