The image of sinner vomiting into the basket with wheels alongside the court is not a person who would expect many to be the beginning of a new government of dominance in male tennis.
But this image, when he fought against a disease in China Open in October 2023, became synonymous with the moment when Sinner evolved to the winner of the serial title.
