With the conclusion of the Premiership Rugby Cup pool stages and the Rugby World Cup building to an exhilarating climax, all eyes shift to Gallagher Premiership Rugby’s return to The Stoop. This Sunday, on October 22, Harlequins is set to face off against Exeter Chiefs in what promises to be an action-packed showdown.

Whether this marks your inaugural visit of the season or your first time experiencing the atmosphere at The Stoop, we’ve compiled everything you need to know to kick off the season on the right note. For Season Ticket Members unable to attend a match, the option to forward your ticket to a friend or utilize Ticket Resale for Quins Credit cashback, once available for specific fixtures, remains a convenient and beneficial feature.

Your Matchday Highlights:

Harlequins is renowned for delivering one of the most engaging matchday experiences in the league. Ensure you arrive early to make the most of the diverse activities surrounding the ground, including:

Harlequins Foundation’s “Pass like a Pro” in North Village: Take on the pros in this interactive activity.

Stoop Live: A pre-match show in the North Village at all Men’s fixtures, featuring games and Q&A sessions with players and coaches, usually starting 90 minutes before kick-off.

Free face-painting: Available in the North Village structure.

Quins Rewards experiences: Including half-time pitch access, changing room, and tunnel tours.

Club Shops: Get your gear at our 2 Club Shops located at Gates 1 and 3, plus a smaller retail trailer in the South West Corner.

Sounds of The Stoop: Playlists chosen by supporters and players each matchday.

Pre-match build-up: Enjoy fireworks, pyrotechnics, and music to set the stage for the on-field action.

Quinformation Help and Support:

This season, our Quinformation Point has relocated to Gate 3, opposite the Gate 3 shop. Find the Supporter Experience team here for any inquiries, to purchase fan radios (£25), collect free Quins flags, or, for Season Ticket Members, collect your Quins Rewards items.

The old Quinformation Trailer, now a small retail unit for everyday Castore and Harlequins merchandise, is still located in the South West Corner.

Food and Drink:

For matches against Exeter Chiefs (Oct 22) and Newcastle Falcons (Nov 4), enjoy discounted drinks during the first hour of general admission at The Stoop. All beers are priced at just £5, with discounts available on wine, soft drinks, and water across all bars.

Fuller’s London Pride is served at all Men’s fixtures across concourse bars in the North Village, South West Corner, and next to Gates 1, 2, and 3. Cask ale is available at the Quins Head bar behind the South Stand. Indoor bars include Chris Robshaw (Public access), Honours (Debenture, Gold & Premier Members), and Debentures (Debentures and guests only).

A diverse range of food and drink concessions cater to various tastes, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Look out for new food options this season, such as Lebanese wraps and Loaded Hot Dogs.

Matchday Programmes:

This season, we’re transitioning to digital matchday programmes, offering them free to all supporters. Special edition programmes, like the start-of-season magazine, will be available for purchase at the Exeter fixture. Digital programmes will be emailed the Friday before a home fixture, and QR codes will be available throughout The Stoop on matchdays.

Parking:

Seasonal parking passes for 2023/24 are sold out. For matchday parking at the nearby Rosebine car park, visit Limited first-come, first-serve Blue Badge spaces are available in our North car park, some bookable for each fixture through our ticketing site. A drop-off zone is also available outside the DHL Stand reception.

Membership Cards:

New 2023/24 Season Ticket Members should have received their Membership cards. Renewing Members, unless changing seats, can use their card from last season. Note: VISA Membership cards from 2021/22 are not valid. For matchday questions, visit the Ticket Offices at gates 1 and 3.

Women’s Matchdays:

All Harlequins Women’s home matches this season will be at The Stoop, with the Premiership Women’s Rugby league starting in November. Remember, these fixtures are included in Men’s and Women’s Season Ticket Membership, but Members must claim tickets through.

Quins Rewards:

Quins Rewards, the official members’ loyalty program, is back. Season Ticket Members can log into their Quins Rewards portal to redeem points for exclusive items and experiences bringing them closer to the Club and players.
