Somerset announced the return of Migael Pretorius in South Africa in 2025 and said that he “is expected to be ready for the period of the season.”
Pretorius, 29, focusing on the eight provinces competition for Somerset last year, scored 324 runs and receiving 23 Wickets.
“I am happy with my time at Somerset in 2024 and I was waiting to join the team again in this summer,” Pretorius said.
“There is a positive atmosphere of the club and I am impressed with the level of support that players have received in every game, both home and out.
“The team came close to receiving the award last year and hoped that I would be able to help Somerset through the line in 2025.”
