The company alleges that the engineering company, Sigma Risk Management Inc, ignored the cause of the failure, and that the LCI had withdrawn from the necessary practice, and that it was actually the government -approved plan.

According to the case, the BSBC stopped the agreement of the LCI, suspended allowances and shared false information about its role in the failure of the third party.
According to court records, the LCI seeks damage, including unpaid invoice, legal expenses and compensation for lost business opportunities. These damages have not yet been proven in court.
The BSBC refused to comment on the cases, saying, “We are unable to comment on potential financial loans or legal matters or aspects of the incident.”
The risk of engineering company Sigma has not yet filed a security report. The case is still ongoing.
