The central government on Monday (10) issued a successful efforts of thousands of urban halls and states of the states that guarantee the right of children’s literacy till the second year of the elementary school. This is the National Dedications Literary Child (CNCA), which includes the integrated efforts of states, municipalities and union.
To evaluate the activities, the Ministry of Education (MEC) established a commission responsible for the analysis of the states and municipalities of the municipalities and a classification process. For federation units, 21 parameters were installed. For municipalities, there were 20 parameters. Recognition
Overall, 4,187 municipalities were stamping, 2,592 in the golden category, 1,062 in silver category and 533 in the bronze category.
Silver seal will be provided to the states of Amabe, Amabe, Amazanas, Bahia, Maranho, Bara Bia, Santa Catarina, Chaw Paulo and Sergippe. Already the bronze seal will go to Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande to Sul.
“We do not believe the upward public policy. We believe if it is built from the bottom,” said Education Minister Kamilo Santana.
“When a child does not learn to read and write at the end of the 2nd grade, it compromises this child’s school every year. It increases age and standard deviation, which increases the denial.
According to the minister, the country has emerged in search of the goal. “We left 36% and reached 56% educated children. We have a goal to reach at least 80% until 2030, but I hope we will reach it before.”
Meet with mayors
On Tuesday morning, President Lula confirmed the existence of the National Meeting of Mayors and Mayors in Brazilian. The meeting continues till the next Thursday (13), and will merge the municipal managers elected to 2025-2028.
The event, which was promoted by the central government, aims to bring the ministries and state institutions close to the municipalities to access the essential information, tools and resources aimed at new managers.
