A bomb threat letter was discovered on an international plane that landed here on Monday (February 10, 2025), an official said.
The official said that no doubt has been found on the Jeddah-Ahmedabad flight that landed at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.
The Joint Police Commissioner of the Crime Branch, Sharad Singh, said that after the threatening letter was found under a place, local police, bomb detection and removal team (BTTS) and security agencies searched for the aircraft.
He said, “The plane carrying passengers from Jeddah landed at Ahmedabad Airport in the morning. After all the passengers landed, the cleaning staff threatened to explode. Local police and security companies were investigated.” Forensic experts have been invited to fit the fingerprints and passengers signatures. Check whether someone is behind this law.
“We check each passenger’s fingerprints and signature. For now, there is nothing doubtful,” he said.
