SA must recognize that the United States did not come to help

The United States, which has implemented a global order based on military and economic coercion, now says it is besieged by forces unleashed. The Trump’s corruption of “compensation” from Ukraine (R.9.2-Drillian) is the same as the simultaneous creation of contracts with Russia, revealing the transaction of his geopolitical politics-the lack of policy and the opportunity.

In spite of the economic hardships that can be carried out, President Cyril Ramaposa is correct to take a firm stand against this shameful bullying and foreign interference. SA is a sovereign democracy, not a bad state. Adopting to these threats not only undermines the independence of our country, but also courage to dictate our foreign policy.

The reality is clear: the SA must recognize that the United States does not come to help, like most of the global South – it helps Trump’s “first” magic attached to itself. The US exceptional posture has collapsed under the weight of its contradictions. As Washington continues to unravel, the world must be prepared for the next chapter – in which the United States is no longer focused, but a warning story about how the empires fall.
