In the provinces, they are afraid of economically good charges. In the State Duma, other solutions to the problem are discussed. Some experts propose to create a ground dealership, while others – complete direct contracts between transforming funds and lifts manufacturers. In this way, in 2024 we went to the Smolensk area, signed an agreement with the Shrefin Lipta plant, and in many companies.
“The practice shows that this is not a panic,” emphasized Protrotneva. – For the next budget cycle, I hope we will return to the Federal Co -Financing question, which was raised more than one time.
In the meantime, the owners of the “Russian Lift Association” special accounts are provided with installments to pay for three to five years for equipment.
