Novak Djokovic on Monday called on the tennis authorities to rework the antidoping system of sport and point out “irregularities” in cases of the best stars Sinner Jannik and IgA Swiak and players with lower players.
World’s number one sinfully agreed to a three -month ban on Saturday and admitted “partial responsibility” for his team mistakes, which in March last year led to twice positively tested on the traces of Clostebola.
Sinner faced a potential ban two years after the World Anti -Doping Agency (WADA) appealed to the court of arbitration court for Sport (CAS) against its initial liberation by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA), which was announced in August.

In a surprising step, Wada withdrew her challenge and agreed with Sinner to receive a three -month ban.
In another significant case last year, five -time Grand Slam Swiak master accepted a monthly ban after a positive testing for the prohibited heart of the heart trimetazidine.
“In the dressing room, most of the players I have talked to, not only in recent days, but also in the last few months who are not satisfied with how this process was treated,” Djokovic said.
“Most players do not feel fair. Most of the players feel that the advantage is happening. It seems that you can almost influence the result if you are the best player if you have access to the highest lawyer. ”
On the contrary, Simon Halep recently left, the former world number one, Itia in 2022 after testing for Roxadustat, who strengthened blood.
She claimed that it was the result of the injured supplement and successfully appealed to the Sport Arbitration Court, which reduced its suspension to nine months.
“Simon Halep and (Britain) Tara Moore and some other players who may be less known who have been trying to solve their cases for years or have been banned for years,” Djokovic said.
“There are so many inconsistencies among cases.”
Djokovic, who returns to the event at Qatar Open this week for the first time since his retirement wounded from last month of the Australian Open semifinal, believes that a change is needed.
“Right now, it is a mature time for us to actually deal with the system, because the system and structure clearly do not work (for) antidoping, it is obvious,” he said.
“I hope that in the near future, the management authorities will meet from our tours and the tennis ecosystem and will try to find a more efficient way to deal with these processes.
“It’s inconsistent and it seems to be very unfair.”
“If you are going to treat each case individually or independently, what is happening, then there is no consistency, then there is no transparency and some cases are transparent, some no,” he continued.
“The problem is that right now there is a lack of confidence in generally from tennis, men and women, towards Wade and Itia, and the whole process.”
