What is an interesting fact about your business or history?
Our Coaster Zak Napolitan was started in 1999 in the 1999 main workler.
He worked to the senior leadership while in Chicago with hard work and dedication.
When you have the opportunity to open FedEx Ground Facility in Middletown, it helped to go back to New England – in a place where they are proud to call home.
Why did you choose connecticut?
Connecticut has chosen us. When our family grown up, downtown chicago we learned that we don’t want to grow our children.
Therefore, when the Fedex Ground facility in the Middletouse, we would like to jump, and want to build our home in the town of more family friendly town.

As we have made our family, we build a tac group in the community we call at home.
What is the biggest achievement to work in connectic?
Our deep connection to the local business landscape is the greatest achievement of the tac group running connectic.

How do you try to return to your community?
In the tac group, all raises people.
For the past six years, we met with oilless warehouse workers and managers who are often ignored in corporate shuffle.
We are moving out our mission to find their strength and to prosper that they can be thrive. People come here first.
We advise constantly and teach others to grow, so they can enter their leadership roles.

As my father always said, you’re strong like five fingers in your hand – everyone plays a part of it and we are more powerful.
Where do you see your company in five years? Ten years?
The next five years aims can be a major obstacle in the consulting industry.
We bring the practical and absurd solutions actually working in the list … without the price of traditional consultation.
We believe that businesses are deserving the expertise and straight strategies that drives real results, that’s what we can give.
What is the main thing that interests to make your company more competitive?
